The Training and Skills Development Team is responsible for delivering the IT element of the Information and IT Skills Development programme, details of which are available via the IS Training and Skills Development Website: www.skills.bham.ac.uk
Training is delivered is a variety of formats, such as face-to-face, blended or on-line in order to meet the needs of staff and students within the University. Our programme of “IT” related courses is available to all members of staff and postgraduate students through our free “Open Programme”, with undergraduate training needs being met through our on-line training courses which are available via WebCT Vista: www.weblearn.bham.ac.uk.
The Training and Skills Development Team also provides specialist or tailored courses which complement our Open Programme as well as consultancy services.
