LDU Funded Projects

Learner Independence Projects (LIP)
The University is now funding schools, up to £18,000 per year for three academic years, to enable them to further develop learner independence.  View the LIP web pages for an overview of the schools' action plans, and for further information on the LIP initiative.

Embedding Enterprise Education (E3)
Funds were made available for E3 grants to help academics at the University of Birmingham embed enterprise education into their teaching and to help students learn about being enterprising.  Each project could normally apply for funds up £10,000 to develop modules, workshops, or units of study for delivery in 2007-2008 or 2008-2009.  View the E3 pages for information on the projects funded and further details of this initiative.

Learning Enhancement Projects (LEaP)
Learning Independence Projects (LIP) replaces the earlier initiative of Learning Enhancement Projects (LEaP).  The LDU will continue to support LEaP project managers for the duration of their projects and further details of funded projects can be found on the LEaP web pages.
